A Salute to American Veterans
SAVE THE DATE!! The PUMC "Connections" team will be presenting a Veterans' Day concert at the church on Sunday afternoon, November 7, from 4:30 to 6:00 PM.

About the event
We'd like to take a moment of your time to remind you to plan on attending "A Salute to America's Veterans", a concert celebrating 200 years of American heroes, and the popular music they've loved.
This event will feature our own PUMC Connections contemporary band, PLUS members of my Swing Street Little Big Band, for a total of fourteen musicians and singers. In addition, we'll have a cast of eight PUMC youth joining us as they dance and sing for many of the numbers.
During the concert, you'll hear the stories of seven great American veterans; from the Revolutionary War, the Civil War, World Wars I & II, the Korean Conflict, Viet Nam, and the Gulf Conflicts. These short stories are sure to fascinate and surprise you.
So plan on being there; Sunday, November 7, at PUMC. Doors open at 3:45 (sorry, due to rehearsal and concert prep, there can be no early seating). Free admission. All are welcome. We hope to see you there!!
